Responsibilities
-
Implement and manage a master project calendar for department business meetings.
-
Arrange the support resources for the meetings including virtual access to information and provision of dial in numbers.

Responsible for provision of files for use during meetings and accurately maintaining the attendees list.
-
Manage the distribution list as personnel changes occur.
-
Manage all records generated and controlled.
-
Work with branch members to identify and track all electronic and hard copy records.
-
Manage files plans along with retention schedules.
-
Oversee that the cabinets, binders, and drawers are properly labeled.
-
Complete metrics development and analysis using various computer based systems such as graphs and spreadsheets.
-
Manage hard copies of directions, intrusions, and other documents.
-
Oversee the employee's records for completing training.
-
Manage work center metrics and reports on employee technical competency goals.
Requirements
-
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited college or university.

May substitute a High School Diploma with two (2) additional years of related experience.
-
Minimum two (2) years of experience exhibiting increasing level of responsibility.

Minimum two (2) years of experience performing a variety of programmatic and administrative functions.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat).
