Responsibilities:

Develop and track procedures in accordance with government instructions.

Proofread, edit, and correct for errors in formatting and grammar.

Develop and edit per the guidance provided by the Navy Correspondence Manual and applicable style guide by the government.

Ensure the timely submission of employee submitted travel orders, vouchers, training arrangements, and other request.
-
Transfer of government employee created timesheets into the Employee Resource Planner (ERP) Tool.

Complete and submit prior pay and labor transfer transaction on weekly due dates.

Responsible for correcting time keeping errors.
-
Execute timesheet changes.
-
Process and track expiration dates and general status of telework agreements in place in the given work areas.

Participate in coordination of transferring and tracking System Access Authorization Request (SAAR) forms for the initiation and sustainment of employee network account access.

Complete validation for visitors' and contractors' access to the Command via proper security checks.

Manage and execute actions within the DISS System.

Verify and update access lists for buildings on a routine basis.

Assist with the NSWC Philadelphia Division Security badge information management and tracking to ensure timely and efficient access processing and badge requests.

Manage and coordinate packages of data requested by Command.

Collect routine reporting information on a weekly and monthly basis.

Consolidate and process documents through the Command's public release approval process.

Coordinate with contractor personnel performing on the contract to accomplish required tasks.

Provide director regarding the identification of required tasks and relevant information (duration, location, and deliverables).
Requirements:
-
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business form accredited college or university.
-
May substitute a High School Diploma with two (2) additional years of related experiences exhibiting increasing level of responsibility.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing a variety of programmatic and administrative functions.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat).
