GENERAL JOB
The Working Capital Fund Production Analyst (WCF) Support Services is responsible for supporting the financial, administrative, and management functions.
Essential Primary Job Functions

Prepare Documents. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, financial funding documents, and correspondences.

Research and Analyze Financial and Production Information. Research and analyze financial and production information via Working Capital Fund Systems to properly close out Job Order Numbers (JONs), validate End Item Sales Price (EISP) detailed information,

Confirm Material Documents. Provide material replacement percentages, investigate material overages, and reconcile outstanding equipment documents.

Conduct Studies. Perform complex studies for repair, overhaul, manufacture, and modification of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs), and test stations in support of major weapon systems.

Manage Workloads. Manage workloads within cost and schedule and performance and maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Provide Initiatives. Perform process improvement, layout designs, and cost analysis.
Secondary Primary Job Functions

May be required to train other Working Capital Fund Production Analyst and government personnel in the proper use, safe design, and improvements required for sustaining the support of Industrial Engineering Services.

Maintain safe and clean working environment and comply with all applicable security and safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Education and Experience for Working Capital Fund Production Analyst

Must possess a valid Secret Security Clearance adjudicated in the last five (5) years.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) years of experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a logistics related discipline.

Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses.

Must have experience with using Working Capital Fund specific computer systems, knowledge of the correct processes associated with Job Order Number (JON) close-outs, as well as detailed knowledge on End Item Sales Price (EISP) development and validation.

Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Preferred prior experience in DoD governmental budgeting and finance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics are representative of those performing essential functions of the job in an industrial production and repair environment and general office setting. Must be able to work sitting or standing. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Minor cuts and scrapes are to be expected. Possible minor burns or shock from operating electrical equipment and or soldering equipment may be present. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be expected to be worn and used when required.
